Can I have Premium in multiple markets?
Yes — Premium is per market.
If you list properties in multiple countries, you can subscribe to Premium in each one. Each subscription is billed separately and unlocks Premium features for listings in that specific market.
Do my Premium benefits apply across all markets?
Some Premium features are universal — your Premium badge and photo watermarks appear on all of your listings, regardless of market.
Other features are market-specific — higher visibility in search results, detailed statistics, and Hommex AI only apply to listings in markets where you're subscribed.
Why are subscriptions per market?
Each market has its own audience, currency, and search ranking. A separate subscription per country lets us tune visibility and pricing locally — RSD for Serbia, EUR for Albania, MKD for North Macedonia — and gives you control over which markets you want to invest in.
What is the difference between a monthly and yearly plan?
The yearly plan offers the same functionality with a discount. You pay upfront for the whole year and get a lower monthly price.

How can I pay?
Payment is made via credit or debit card. We support Visa, Mastercard, and other major cards.
Does the subscription renew automatically?
Yes, at the end of each period the subscription automatically renews. You can cancel at any time before the next renewal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to User Account → Payments and click Cancel. You will continue to use Premium until the end of the already paid period.
How much does registration and listing cost?
Free! Registration and listing on Hommex are completely free. Premium is optional for those who want additional features.
