Please carefully read the Subscription Policy before subscribing to any plan on our internet platform. By subscribing to any plan, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the conditions contained in this Policy.
The trading and services company VORTEK INOVATIONS D.O.O. Skopje, with its registered office at Njudehliska 6/1-13, Karposh, Skopje, North Macedonia, with email address: hello@vortec.io, registered in the Trade Register and register of other legal entities with EMBS 7757832, TAX ID MK4057024570335 (hereinafter: "VORTEK INOVATIONS, the Company, the platform, or We"), offers the subscription plans described in this Subscription Policy.
This Subscription Policy is based on the Law on Obligations, the Consumer Protection Law, the Personal Data Protection Law, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) where applicable, and other positive regulations in force in the territory of the Republic of North Macedonia.
The Subscription Policy covers the following matters:
Our internet platform www.hommex.co offers subscription plans that provide users with additional features and benefits when using the platform. The specific features included in each plan are listed on our platform's plans page and may vary between different plans.
VORTEK INOVATIONS reserves the right to modify, add, or remove features included in the subscription plans.

Subscription plans may be available in different billing cycles (for example, monthly or yearly). Each billing cycle offers the same functionality within the same plan category, but at a different price.
Certain subscription plans may include a free trial period. The duration of the trial period is specific to each plan and is clearly indicated when selecting the plan on the platform. During the trial period, the user has full access to the features of the selected plan.
Upon completion of the trial period, the subscription automatically activates and the amount of the selected plan is charged, unless the user canceled the subscription before the trial period expired. The user will be notified of the upcoming trial period expiration via email.
Each user is entitled to one free trial period per plan category. If the user has already used the trial period for a certain category, upon re-subscribing to a plan of the same category, billing begins immediately, without a trial period.
To activate the trial period, the user must have a valid payment card registered on their user profile. The card will not be charged during the trial period but will be used for billing after its completion, if the subscription is not canceled.
Subscription plan prices are displayed in the currency defined for each plan and are listed on our platform's plans page. All displayed prices include value-added tax (VAT). The trading and services company VORTEK INOVATIONS D.O.O. Skopje with TAX ID MK4057024570335 and EMBS 7757832 is a VAT payer.
Payment for subscription plans is made via payment card (VISA or MasterCard). All transactions are processed through the payment processing system of Halk Bank AD Skopje, which is certified by VISA and MasterCard for transaction processing. The payment uses HTTPS security protocol and Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect your data. We have no access to your payment card data (card number, security code, or your account balance).
VORTEK INOVATIONS reserves the right to change subscription plan prices. Price changes take effect at least 30 days after their publication on the platform. The new price will apply from the beginning of the next billing cycle. If the user does not agree with the new price, they have the right to cancel the subscription before the change takes effect.
All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle, unless the user cancels the subscription before the current period expires. Automatic renewal means charging the subscription amount from the payment card saved on the user's profile.
By subscribing to any plan, the user explicitly agrees to automatic renewal and periodic billing until the moment they cancel the subscription.
The user has the right to cancel the subscription at any time, free of charge and without obligation to provide a reason. There are two cancellation methods:
Cancellation can be made through the user's profile on the payments page or by sending a request to our customer support team at email: hello@hommex.co.
The user has the right to cancel the subscription during the trial period as well. In that case, no charge will be made and the user will retain the plan benefits until the trial period expires.
If the charge cannot be made during the automatic renewal of the subscription (for example, due to insufficient funds, expired card, or other reasons), the subscription enters a "grace period" status. The duration of the grace period is defined by the terms of the selected plan and is indicated when creating the subscription. During the grace period, the system will automatically attempt to retry the charge.
The user has the option to manually retry the payment through the payments page on their user profile or to update the payment card details.
If the charge is not successfully made within the grace period, the subscription will automatically be deactivated and will transition to an "expired" status. The user will lose all plan benefits.
The user has the right to change the billing cycle (for example, from monthly to yearly or vice versa) during the subscription period. The billing cycle change can be made through the user's profile on the payments page.
When changing the billing cycle, the current subscription period remains unchanged. The new cycle and new price will take effect from the beginning of the next billing period.
If the user canceled the subscription with the option of "cancellation at the end of the current period," they have the ability to reactivate the subscription at any time before the current paid period expires. With reactivation, automatic renewal is re-enabled and the subscription will continue uninterrupted after the current period expires.

If the subscription has already expired or was immediately canceled, the user can subscribe to a new plan through the plans page on the platform.
Given that subscription plans provide immediate access to digital services and features, and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the user waives the right of withdrawal (right to refund) after subscription activation, unless otherwise provided by applicable legislation.
If the user cancels the subscription before the end of the current paid period, they retain the plan benefits until the end of that period, but are not entitled to a partial or full refund for the remaining time.
In exceptional cases, VORTEK INOVATIONS may at its discretion approve a partial or full refund, particularly in cases of technical problems or billing errors attributable to the platform. For refund requests, the user can contact our customer support team at email: hello@hommex.co.
If the charge was made after the trial period ended due to the user's failure to cancel the subscription on time, the user has the right to request a refund within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the charge, provided they have not used the plan features after the trial period ended.
When creating and managing the subscription, VORTEK INOVATIONS processes the following categories of personal data:
We do not collect or store the full data of payment cards (the full card number, the CVV/CVC security code, or the account balance). All sensitive card data is processed and stored exclusively by Halk Bank AD Skopje, in compliance with PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) standards.
If you choose to save your payment card for future automatic subscription charges, on our servers we store only the limited set of data listed in section 3.5 of our Privacy Policy (card token, brand, last four digits and expiry date). This data is not sufficient for unlawful use of the card outside our system.
You may save multiple payment cards on your account and choose one as the default for automatic subscription charges. Management of saved cards (adding, deleting, changing the default) is performed through the payments page of your account.
The legal basis for processing personal data related to the subscription is the performance of the subscription agreement between the user and VORTEK INOVATIONS, as well as the fulfillment of legal obligations related to tax and financial record-keeping.
Personal data related to the subscription is retained for the duration of the subscription and an additional period required for fulfilling legal obligations for maintaining financial documentation, in accordance with the applicable legislation of the Republic of North Macedonia.

Regarding the processing of personal data related to the subscription, the user has the following rights, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR):

VORTEK INOVATIONS will make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted availability of the subscription plan features. However, we do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruptions, errors, or technical problems.
VORTEK INOVATIONS is not liable for damages caused by failed payments due to reasons beyond the platform's control (for example, banking system problems, insufficient funds on the card, or an expired card).
In the case of a prolonged service interruption caused by the platform, VORTEK INOVATIONS may at its discretion extend the current subscription period for the duration of the interruption.
The subscription is available exclusively to adults (over 18 years of age). By activating the subscription, the user confirms that they are an adult and have the right to enter into agreements and make payments in accordance with applicable legislation.
VORTEK INOVATIONS reserves the right to make changes to this Subscription Policy at any time. Continued use of the subscription plans after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended Policy.
Changes take effect upon publication on the internet platform, unless otherwise indicated.

This Subscription Policy is interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of the Republic of North Macedonia. For all disputes arising from or related to this Policy, the competent court is in Skopje, Republic of North Macedonia.
Before initiating court proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute through mutual agreement. The user has the right to file a complaint with VORTEK INOVATIONS, which will be reviewed within 15 (fifteen) business days from receipt of the complaint.
