AirFlow Music Festival 2026 in Prilep: two days of music and one humanitarian goal

Summer in Prilep already has its rhythm, and the last weekend of August this year once again belongs to AirFlow Music Festival. Following last year's edition, the festival returns on 28 and 29 August 2026 to the sports airfield in Prilep, with a two-day programme and an atmosphere that the city has in the meantime embraced as its own.

Hommex is among the supporters of this year's edition. It's a decision that goes somewhat beyond our daily routine of listings, square metres and prices per metre, but not as much as it might seem at first glance. The places where people want to live are shaped by the events that happen in them, and through this festival Prilep gains something that's rarely measured in growth percentages.

Two-day programme at the sports airfield

This year's edition brings a mix of domestic and international names spread across two days. The sports airfield as a location allows for open space, which for a festival of this format means more air, better outdoor acoustics and room for a larger audience than classic city stages offer.

The first evening, on 28 August, sees MIMI x FY, Rafael Cerato, Sempre. and The Hounds take the stage. Rafael Cerato is one of the recognisable names on the global electronic scene and represents the strongest international draw of this year's programme.

The second evening, on 29 August, the programme moves in a broader direction. Performing are Каролина Гočeva, Ampov & Dimchuga, Cige x Mitrik and Lockdown. The combination of pop and electronic performances makes the second evening more open to audiences with different musical habits, which is one of the reasons why the festival manages to gather visitors from multiple generations.

The humanitarian mission continues

What sets AirFlow Music Festival apart from other summer events is not just the programme, but the goal behind it. This year too, part of the revenue goes where it's most needed: 15 per cent of the funds from tickets sold will be donated to Nikodim's family, for his therapy in Turkey.

For those who want to help beyond buying a ticket, several donation channels are open. Via А1 the humanitarian SMS goes to number 143 467, via Т-Мобиле to number 143 119, and payments via Стопанска банка are to transaction account 200003929284819, with recipient Сандра Мидоска.

This isn't the first time the festival has directed its audience towards a concrete goal. The previous edition raised funds for those injured in the fire in Кочани and for the needs of the Домот на културата „Марко Цепенков" in Prilep. Continuity is what makes this practice credible, because charity here isn't a one-off campaign but part of how the festival operates.

Why Hommex is part of this

We work on a real estate platform, which means most of our time we think about cities: how they grow, where things are built, why one neighbourhood becomes sought-after while another remains in the shadows. The answer to those questions isn't only in infrastructure and prices. It's also in whether there's something to do in a city in August.

Prilep is a market that's slowly changing, with stable prices, with young people who are torn between staying and leaving, and with a favourable ratio between apartment prices and quality of life. Events of this type contribute to that second side of the equation. When a city has its own festival that gathers an audience from across the country and the region, it gains visibility that no listing can buy.

There's also a more practical part to this story. A large portion of the audience comes from other cities, mostly from Skopje, which is about two hours' drive away. These visitors see the city over the weekend through a different lens than that of a day visit, and some of them think about Prilep as a place worth owning property in for the first time. That kind of interest isn't created through campaigns, but through experience.

Support for this year's edition comes from multiple companies: Lynk & Co, Geely, Прилепска пиварница, Green, Kabelnet, Onyx, Sky Corner, Party Hub, Win Music Freedom, Автомат5, Vertex ERP, Зенит, Kowalsky, Hommex and Витаминка. It's precisely that support, together with ticket revenue, that enables the festival to continue with its humanitarian mission each year.

Tickets and information

Tickets for AirFlow Music Festival 2026 are available online via WAYIN.MK, and can be purchased physically at Onyx Caffe Bar and Sky Corner in Prilep.

For the latest information about the programme, schedule and location, the festival's official profile is @airflowmusicfestival on Instagram, and the festival is also present on Facebook under the name AirFlow Music Festival.

If you're planning to stay overnight, it's worth booking accommodation early. Summer weekends in Prilep are busier even without the festival, and for 28 and 29 August demand is predictably higher than usual.

We're pleased to be part of an event that manages to keep fun and one concrete, personal goal together. Hommex stays here for what comes after the weekend, when the questions turn back to where to live and at what price. Buy and rent easily, and save the last weekend of August for Prilep.
