Hommex listings now reach you through Stanche
20.08.2026

Listings published on Hommex are now part of Stanche, the free Telegram bot that notifies users when an apartment matching their criteria appears. The inventory from our platform now reaches people who aren't actively searching anywhere at that moment, but are simply waiting for a message.
How Stanche works
The logic is simple. The user opens a conversation with the bot on Telegram or logs in through the web platform at stanchebot.mk and enters a few basic details: whether they're looking for an apartment to buy or rent, in which municipalities, in what price range, and what square footage they need. Setup takes a few minutes and requires neither installing a new app nor creating a new profile.
Then the bot works in the background. It checks new listings at regular intervals and sends only those that match the set criteria. If a listing appears right after one scan, the user receives it on the next one, which in the worst case means a delay of about an hour. That's still significantly shorter than the average manual checking cycle.
The bot also works in the opposite direction. For owners and investors who want to sell or rent, the listing doesn't wait for someone to find it, but is forwarded to users whose criteria already match the offer.
What it means that Hommex is part of Stanche
For those searching for an apartment, the change is direct. Listings from Hommex now arrive in the same flow as the others, which means there's no need to check each platform separately in parallel to see the complete market picture. Criteria are set once, and listings come on their own.
For those advertising with us, this is an additional visibility channel without additional work. The listing is published on Hommex as before, with photos, price, and location, and then enters Stanche's distribution as well. Instead of waiting to be found among hundreds of other offers, it reaches people who are specifically looking for what's being offered. For agencies managing a larger number of active listings, the difference in the pace of first contact can be noticeable.
What remains unchanged is where the conversation takes place. When someone clicks on a listing from Hommex, they arrive at that listing's page, where they can open Smart Geolocation to see what's in the immediate vicinity and contact the owner or agency through Hommex Chat.
Why this makes sense for us
Hommex already has its own notification system. Personalized Notifications track saved searches and notify when something new matches them. This works well for users who already have a profile with us and regularly use the platform.
Stanche works where people already are, on Telegram, without a new profile and without a new app. That's a different audience and a different habit. The collaboration means that listings from Hommex are now visible in both flows.
There's also a broader argument. The Macedonian real estate market is still scattered across multiple places, which means buyers waste time on parallel searching, and sellers lose contacts because the listing didn't reach the right person. Every connection that links those parts reduces that loss. The collaboration doesn't need to be bigger than that to make sense.
How to get started
If you're already looking for an apartment, setting up Stanche takes as long as a coffee break. The bot is available on Telegram, and the same settings can be made through stanchebot.mk. Choose municipalities, enter your budget and square footage, and let it work while you do something else.
One practical tip from our experience with saved searches: don't set overly narrow criteria at the start. If the budget is €90,000, set an upper limit of €95,000, because the price in the listing is often a starting point for negotiation. The same applies to square footage and municipalities. It's better to receive a dozen notifications per week and dismiss half, than to receive none and conclude there's nothing on the market.
If you have an apartment for sale or rent, publish it on Hommex as usual. Entry into Stanche's distribution happens automatically, without additional steps on your part. The quality of the listing itself remains decisive: clear photos, accurate square footage, and realistic price are what determines whether the notification will end with a click or a scroll past.
The market won't become simpler on its own, but the tools around it can be more connected than they were before. Buy and rent simply, with less time spent searching and more on deciding.
